Orders placed Monday- Friday before 12 PM PST will be processed the next following business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders usually begin the shipping process within one (1) business day pending availability and credit verification. If you order has been flagged as fraud, your order will be put on hold until we receive verification that the customer has made that order as well as a possible delivery delay due to adjustments.

Orders with STANDARD SHIPPING  can take up to 1-4 business days to process. Orders that purchase EXPRESS SHIPPING can take 24-48 hours to be processed depending on the day and time that the order was made. 

Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. If it so happens one of the items that you ordered is not in stock, we will send you a follow up email along with a refund that will reflect back on your account between 5-10 business days. 

We do not offer weekend or holiday deliver. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS or HOLIDAYS. 

We ship all of our items via USPS. Please see below estimated delivery windows. We are not responsible for USPS delays or any lost, undeliverable, stolen or damaged items. If your tracking number states that is was delivered and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office.
