RETURNS/EXCHANGES (UNITED STATES)
All orders are provided with a SHOP LOVE YOURZ return form, provided via Customer Service.
Shop Love Yourz wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so were here to help you get your order correct.
- Items must leave customer’s hands within 5 days of receiving your order via your tracking number to receive a refund or store credit for exchange.
- Items marked/ listed "SALE" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for refund or exchange or store credit. No Exceptions.
- Items bought with a discount code will be issued a store credit for exchange, unless it is a final sale item. Final sale items are Final sale. We do not allow a further discount code to repurchase.
- Full priced items are only eligible for refunds
- We do not reimburse/ cover for return/exchange shipping
- All refunds are given of the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order.
- Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner on swimsuits/bodysuits still attached, Shop Love Yourz tags, and garment bag. We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or tampered with.
- Customer is responsible to send back the garments to the address provided with the returns form filled out in FULL with order number.
- Exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the garment to repurchase your correct items by placing a new order online. Shipping is not included.
- Returns & exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after item is received and checked.
- A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.
- If you choose to reject/ refuse delivery or fail to pick up your package a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping costs due to your refusal.

OUR PRICES ON OUR ONLINE STORE DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR WHEN PURCHASING AND IMPORTING TO YOUR COUNTRY.
THESE COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS CHARGES AND LEVIES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
SHOP LOVE YOURZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRY'S POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SHIPMENT WHEN TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO AVOID DELAYS.
